By hiring a bike from Tenterfield Adventure Co, you agree to the following:
All riders must wear a helmet at all times while riding.
Hire bikes must be returned on time and in the condition they were provided in (fair wear and tear excepted).
You are responsible for the bike during the hire period, including any loss, theft or damage.
Bikes must be used for their intended purpose and within rider ability.
We reserve the right to refuse hire if we believe conditions are unsafe or the bike is not suitable.
Waiver and Liability
Cycling and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By hiring a bike from Tenterfield Adventure Co, you acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Tenterfield Adventure Co is not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during the hire period.
You agree to ride responsibly and within your limits.
You confirm that you are physically capable of riding and understand how to operate the bike safely.
A waiver will be required to be signed prior to hire.
